		<description>Yeah, this is a shared server so I&#039;m having some email deliverability problems. I don&#039;t use Dream Weaver, I use an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) called Eclipse that highlights the syntax of my php and javascript better. 
 
Basically, the true backing behind any webpage is a bunch of html, if you view the source of any page you&#039;ll see what I&#039;m talking about. &lt;a href=&quot;http://austinhallock.com/test.html&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;http://austinhallock.com/test.html&lt;/a&gt; is a good example of what you can look at the source for.  
 
This source can be written in almost anything, notepad, dream weaver etc, you just have to save it as a .html file (or .php, or .htm) for it to work.
